Salesforce Developer

Maintenance and development of functionalities in Service Cloud for Globo's Customer Support team, bug fixes, team support, and requirements analysis. Activities include creating automations using Apex, Process Builder, Flows, Approval Process, developing custom components with Lightning Web Components (LWC), configuring custom objects, implementing flows and processes in Lightning, as well as integrating with external systems via REST APIs. The experience also encompasses querying and manipulating data with SOQL and SOSL, requirements analysis, bug fixing, technical support for teams, and documentation of developments. The work is aimed at customizing and optimizing the platform, ensuring efficiency, continuous improvements, and alignment with business demands and the needs of the customer service team.
